Vanessa Lazaroff

Director of Six Twelve Studio, Co-Founder Group 6 Twelve Companies 

Vanessa Lazaroff is the Founder and Managing Director of Group Six Twelve Companies. With a background spanning procurement, logistics, project coordination, and furnishings, she brings a practical understanding of the systems and processes required to successfully deliver interior environments.

Prior to founding Group Six Twelve, Vanessa supported commercial and residential projects throughout Canada and the United States with a small but very high quality furniture and interior design business. Her experience includes procurement, vendor management, scheduling, logistics coordination, and project execution across a wide range of furnishings and interior projects.

Vanessa oversees the operational and procurement functions of the business, focusing on vendor partnerships, procurement strategy, project workflows, and delivery systems. Her ability to align sourcing, logistics, and project coordination helps ensure projects are executed efficiently, on budget, and with exceptional attention to detail.

Chris Lazaroff

Business Development, Co-Founder Group 6 Twelve Companies

Chris Lazaroff is the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development for Group Six Twelve Companies. He leads the firm's growth initiatives, industry partnerships, and client relationships, helping connect organizations with procurement, fit-out, and project coordination solutions.

With an extensive background in facilities management and large-scale service operations, Chris brings significant experience working with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across Southern Ontario.

Chris focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities within the multifamily, workplace, senior living, and commercial sectors. His relationship-driven approach, combined with a deep understanding of facility operations, allows him to help clients navigate projects with confidence while connecting them to the resources and expertise required for successful outcomes.

Project Manager, Six Twelve Studios

Josh Lalonde

Josh Lalonde serves as Project Manager for 6.12 Studios and 6.12 Procurement, supporting complex fit-out, procurement, and implementation projects across commercial, institutional, and multifamily environments.

Josh brings extensive experience in construction project management, project coordination, and operational planning. His professional background includes the delivery of institutional construction projects, including schools and public infrastructure, where he has overseen project scheduling, contractor coordination, regulatory compliance, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Drawing on his experience managing complex projects with multiple moving parts, Josh provides oversight throughout the project lifecycle, helping ensure timelines, budgets, procurement activities, and installation requirements remain aligned.
